The Ames Choral Society is a non-audition choral group devoted to creating a community of spirit and joy through a diverse range of music. Concerts are held in December, February (Cabaret), April and June/July. Many friends and choral members also sing at optional community events through out the year. Dues are collected to support our director, accompanist, rehearsal and concert costs. More information is available in About Us.

When are rehearsals?
Mondays from 7:15 pm to 9:15 pm
St. Andrew’s Lutheran Church, 209 Colorado Ave, Ames, IA
Regular attendance is required
Fall rehearsals begin in late August  (sign up by last Monday in September)
Cabaret rehearsals begin in December
Spring rehearsals begin in January (sign up by the last Monday in February)
Summer rehearsals start in early May
