The Ames Choral Society Summer Concert, “Broad Stripes, Bright Stars”, will be performed on Saturday, June 23, 7 p.m., at St. Andrew’s Lutheran Church, 209 Colorado Ave., Ames. Directed by Steve Hoifeldt, the concert features American folk songs, medleys from “Applause!” and “Hamilton,” and patriotic tunes. There will also be an audience sing-along.
